3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payments

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide with a flat shipping fee of 199 PKR.

  • Advance Payments: Secure payments made via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash qualify for 100% Free Shipping.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are 100% correct before finalizing the order.

  • Botanical Boost will not be responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.

5. Damaged Packages

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please take a clear photo/video immediately and contact our customer care via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement.
