Botanical Boost – Return & Refund Policy

At Botanical Boost, we take great pride in the quality of our health and wellness products. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. Please read our policy below regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or broken, you must report it to us on the same day of delivery.

To file a claim for a damaged product, please send the following details to our support email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the package:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Clear Photos and a Short Video of the damaged product and packaging

⚠️ Important Note: Claims submitted after the delivery day will unfortunately not be entertained, as courier delivery damages must be logged immediately.

2. Return Process (Warehouse Ship-Back)

To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, the customer must first ship the parcel back to our official warehouse.

  • Shipping the Return: The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our designated warehouse address in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return Shipping Charges: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  • Once the tracking details or the returned parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse, your claim will be processed.

3. Refund or Replacement Options

Once the returned package reaches our warehouse and passes verification, you can choose one of the following options:

  • 100% Replacement: We will ship a brand-new product to you at no extra delivery cost.

  • Refund: We will issue a refund for the product amount directly to your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash wallet within 3–5 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been completely opened, used, or tampered with after delivery (not damaged during transit) cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Change of mind after order dispatch is not applicable for returns.
